We’re seeking a Director of Editorial Content with 6–8 years of experience in editorial and lifestyle content creation to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role will focus on writing and editing high-quality articles and scripts for radio and video projects while overseeing the production of diverse content formats.
As a key member of the NewsCanada.com team, you’ll work closely with internal teams and the Director of Media Relations to align content strategies with outreach efforts, maximizing client impact and audience engagement. This role is ideal for a skilled content creator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit articles and scripts for radio and video, ensuring they meet newsroom standards and client-specific guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop tailored content solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain high standards for accuracy, creativity, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members or freelancers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
- Work with the Director of Media Relations to align content strategies with broader outreach efforts.
