Why it’s important for families to cook and eat together

With busy schedules and the demand for convenient meals, Canadians are spending less time cooking and eating together. More than 77 per cent of Canadians are worried they’re missing out on creating valuable family memories by not cooking and eating together at home.

A recent survey commissioned by LG Electronics Canada reveals more than 40 per cent of Canadians are worried their family heritage will be lost if recipes aren't passed down and cooked together.

To inspire Canadians to cook and eat together this holiday season and beyond, Anna Olson, Chef, and ambassador for the LG Kitchen Memory Rescue campaign, adds:
